“Labyrinth” Inspired by The Last Bookstore

The old man sat alone in his bookstore. People would gaze inside, but then continue walking. Even though he sat lonely, he was never sad.

One day a young girl came in. Why do you have so few books? I have many books, said the old man. I only see two shelves, she said. He said, open that door. Suddenly there were rows and rows of books beyond her wildest dreams.

That’s the labyrinth, he said. She smiled, how come you don’t show that to people? Because it’s a surprise. Then they visited every magical land without leaving the shop.
